Our Dress Code
Hartfield is a private golf club and as such all members and visitors must adhere to the Club’s dress code.
MEN
On the course, in the clubhouse and on all practice areas, men must be dressed in neat and casual golf attire. COLLARED SHIRT, DRESS PANTS or TAILORED SHORTS (i.e. takes a belt). Spike less golf shoes, soft spiked golf shoes or flat soled sneakers are also a must.
Denim clothing of any kind, t-shirts, trackpants, gym, cargo or boardshorts are not appropriate or permitted.
LADIES
On the course, in the clubhouse and on all practice areas, women must be dressed in neat and casual golf attire. COLLARED SHIRT, PANTS or TAILORED SHORTS (i.e. takes a belt), GOLF SKIRTS or SKORTS.
Spike less golf shoes, soft spiked golf shoes or flat soled sneakers are also a must. Denim clothing of any kind, t-shirts, trackpants, gym, cargo or boardshorts are not appropriate or permitted.
MEMBERS DRESS CODE
Members dress code for the Clubhouse including the patio area, as approved at the Management Meeting 3rd March 2023.
- Neat casual at all times.
Clothing NOT to be worn:
- No singlets, sweatshirts.
- No tracksuit pants or tops.
- No thongs or work boots.
- No metal spiked golf shoes.
- No hats to be worn in the Lounge or Sports Bar at any time.
- No denim clothing of any kind when playing golf.
PUBLIC DRESS CODE
As per Members dress code at all times when visiting to play golf and using the Clubhouse.
FUNCTIONS (Members & Public)
- Neat casual at all times.
Clothing NOT to be worn:
- No singlets or sweatshirts.
- No T-shirts with unsightly or offensive material /slogans on.
- No tracksuit pants.
- No thongs, scuffs, or work boots (Children 12 years and under permitted to wear rubber thongs).
- No hats inside the Clubhouse.
SHORT TERM VISIT
Dress standards will be temporarily relaxed when visiting to do business with the Office or Pro Shop, however we continue to disallow singlets, sweatshirts, or rubber thongs to be worn.
